Information we collect

Information you give us:

Registration details: company name, your first and last name, email address, mobile number, primary trade, and the Ygrene account manager sponsoring you.
Business profile details: business address, contacts at your company, and the documents you provide, such as credit agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents and contracts.
Order and project details: job site addresses, materials, quantities, delivery details, and files you upload through an order link.
Credit application details, if you complete one: business, banking and trade reference information, information about authorized signers including driver's license copies, and, with your written authorization, credit reports and background checks.
Communications: emails, replies to our messages, and notes our team records about calls with you.

Information from other sources:

Publicly available business information, such as state business registration and licensing records, company websites and business listings. We use it to identify contractors who may benefit from our services.
Information from Ygrene and your sponsoring account manager about your participation in the Ygrene program.

Information collected automatically:

Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and reliability.
FSG OS records security events for signed in users, such as sign-ins, failed sign-ins and changes to account security settings.
fsg.supply does not use advertising or analytics cookies. FSG OS uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in securely.
We do not place tracking pixels in our outreach emails to monitor whether you open them.

How we use information

To register and onboard contractors and vendors, and to confirm program eligibility with Ygrene.
To quote, order, deliver and invoice materials, and to coordinate project logistics.
To evaluate credit applications and manage payment terms.
To prepare notices and filings that preserve lien and payment rights under Florida law.
To send account, order and service messages, and business outreach about our services.
To secure our systems, prevent fraud and abuse, and investigate security events.
To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows:

With Ygrene Energy Fund and your sponsoring account manager, to confirm your registration and coordinate Ygrene financed projects.
With the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf and only for the purposes described. This includes a technology services provider that builds and maintains FSG OS for us under confidentiality obligations.
With manufacturers, distributors and delivery partners, to the extent needed to fill and deliver an order.
With property owners and public offices, when a notice or filing is needed to preserve lien or payment rights.
When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of FSG, our customers or others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

If you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button on fsg.supply, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Business emails and your choice to opt out

We send business outreach emails to contractors about our services. Every outreach email identifies FSG, includes our postal address, and tells you how to opt out.

To stop receiving outreach emails, reply STOP to any of them or email info@fsg.supply. We honor opt out requests within 10 business days and keep a record of your request so you are not contacted again. Account, order and service messages related to an active relationship may continue.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting, lien and dispute purposes. Opt out records are kept so we can continue to honor them. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls enforced by the database, multi factor authentication for staff accounts, security event logging and daily backups. No system is perfectly secure. The Data & Compliance page describes our controls in more detail.

Your choices and rights

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
Correct information that is inaccurate.
Delete your information, subject to what we must keep for legal, tax, lien or dispute purposes.
Stop sending you outreach emails.

Send your request to info@fsg.supply. We will verify your identity before acting on it and aim to respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where information is stored

We and our service providers store and process information in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post it here before it takes effect.
